We've had that happen at the dealership I work at, and they didn't get anything. First, there's no proof that any of that stuff was in the car. Second, that's why they say to take any valuables out of the car - so they're not liable. I honestly hope you do, but dealerships cover for their employees. The owner at my dealership threatened to give everyone in service a polygraph test if no one admitted to it, but it never happened.
